Cleaned Up!

I've had a lot of people play this game, and thankfully I've received a LOT of feedback. This is the first update to implement some of these improvements:

• A lot of things are easier to see, this includes:
  • The metronome
  • The currently targeted letter
  • Speed and time warnings
• More time for some of the challenged
• Missing deals slightly less damage
• Screen resizing support
• Various bug fixes or graphical errors
